If you would like to schedule an appointment or receive further information about our services please give us a call at 916-536-1136. We prefer appointments to be scheduled at least 1 day in advance, however we may be able to accommodate a same day appointment.

Patient Criteria

We work with patients of 18 years and older only. We prefer to have a referral from a primary physician.
